We require a 50% deposit for services that take more than an hour of the stylist’s time.
Clients have up until 24 hours prior to the appointment to cancel and have the deposit returned. Clients who wish to cancel appointments with less than 24-hour notice will not be returned the deposit and will be charged 100% of the services. Exceptions will apply if the salon is closed due to weather or the stylist requested is not available.
If a client comes more than 15 minutes late without notifying the salon, then the client is considered a no show. If a deposit was made and the client is a no show than the deposit is non-returnable. The slotted appointment will be opened up or the next appointment will be taken. This is only to respect the time allotted for appointments made after the no show.
All services in or out of the salon are non-refundable.
If a client requires a correction due to an error than the client may return within 7 days. This does not apply to services that require multiple sessions in order to achieve the look that the client requests.
Product returns may be accepted within 14 days as long as the product is unopened and unused.
